Wicker Memorial Park features an array of amenities for the community to enjoy.  With an 18 hole golf course, 3 miles of trails, volleyball and tennis courts, a dog run, playground, picnic areas, banquet facilities and a recently added, one of a kind Splash Pad, Wicker Memorial Park has something to offer for all ages!  Wicker Memorial Park also features a first class playground for children and parents which provides safety without sacrificing fun.

Come visit our state of the art, well maintained playground.  The playground is located on the west side of the park, and has plenty of parking for all of your family.

Are you looking for a place to take your kids on a hot summer's day? Then come enjoy Wicker Memorial Park's one of a kind Splash Pad. This 8,500 square foot water playground will entertain your children for hours upon hours. With over 30 spray features, the Splash Pad has become one of the region's most popular water attractions. The Splash Pad is open seven days a week during the summer months.

Bike Rentals

Our rentable bikes are a great way to get around Wicker Memorial Park or to enjoy the scenic trails. Bikes can be rented from the Splash Pad 7 days a week weather permitting.  We have a variety of bike types and sizes for adults and children, and we also have tandems (2-seaters) for rent.  The cost is $7 for one hour or $10 for two hours.  A valid driver's license is required to rent a bike.

Feeling like taking a walk or riding your bike in a safe, clean environment? Then, come enjoy Wicker Memorial Park's scenic trails. The 2.5 mile trail runs along the perimeter of the park, and is perfect for the avid walker, runner or bicyclist. The .5 mile inner trail takes you on a tour of all the parks amenities, including the Splash Pad, Volleyball Courts and Playground. All the trails at Wicker Memorial Park are paved and opened from dawn to dusk. Wicker Memorial Park strives to have the cleanest, most user friendly trails in the Region, so please come and take advantage of the Trails at Wicker Memorial Park.

Dog Run

Does your dog love to be a dog? Then, bring them to Wicker Memorial Park?s Dog Run! Located off of Indianapolis Boulevard, the Dog Run is a fenced in area where your dog can enjoy the freedom, while playing with other dogs. All friendly dogs are welcome!

Wicker Memorial Park Dog Run Rules

  1. All dogs must have current vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, Parvo and Leptospirosis). Dogs must wear current dog tags.
  2. No more than 3 dogs per person are allowed at any time. Owners must have a leash for each dog at all times.
  3. Aggressive or female dogs in heat are prohibited.
  4. Dogs must be at least 4 months old to enter dog run.
  5. Do not feed dogs in dog run.
  6. Food, drinks and smoking are prohibited in the dog run.
  7. No glass containers are allowed in dog run.
  8. Dog owners must pick up after their dogs.
  9. The dog run is for dogs and their handlers only. This is not a petting zoo.
  10. Children must be at least 12 years of age to enter dog run.
  11. Dog owners are responsible for any injuries caused by their dogs.
  12. Do not allow your dog to harass humans, pets or wildlife.
  13. Never leave your dog unattended.
  14. Users of this facility do so at their own risk. Wicker Memorial Park will not be liable for any injury or damage caused by any dog in the dog run.
  15. Breeds such as Pitbulls, Rottweilers or any mix of such breed are prohibited in the dog run or anywhere within the park.
  16. Do not climb trees, fence or benches in dog run.
  17. Please do not litter anywhere in the dog run or the park.
